WG Tunnelarch
Giertsen Tunnel AS offer 3 different systems for use in communication and transport tunnels. All approved by the directorate "Statens vegvesen Vegdirektoratet". WG Tunnel Arch T100
Approved custom-built system especially for waterproofing in low traffic communication and transport tunnels, class A and B. The sealing is attached to a sturdy steel-pipe construction and are mounted to the surface with a heat galvanized bolt. The steel construction is also heat galvanized and covered in epoxy enamel. This solution is patented in a number of countries.
WG Tunnelsealing is all-welded in complete sections, and is 100% waterproof.
WG Tunnelsealing fullfils the mostly strict official heat and fire requirements, does not flash-over and are self-extinguishing. Ref: "Statens vegvesen Vegdirektoratets handbook 163".
As the only supplier of these solutions we have performed full scale fire test in cooperation with the Norwegian "SINTEF NBL" and "Statens vegvesen Vegdirektoratet".
The system has an expected lifetime of minimum 50 years and is used in more than 50 Norwegian tunnels.
WG Tunnel Arch T200
Approved custom-built system especially for waterproofing in high speed/traffic communication and transport tunnels. The basic system is mounted after the equal principle as WG Tunnel Arch T100.

WG Tunnel Arch T300
A simplified system for waterproofing developed for use in all tunnel-classes.
The basic system is mounted with PE-foam and sprayed concrete. The sealing can also be used as water-protection and concrete formwork. Approved by the directorate "Statens vegvesen Vegdirektoratet" for use in tunnels class A - F.
